Impeach and remove this illegal resident (-p). This is treason and blatantly illegal. Not to mention violating the oath to protect and defend the country.

The oath is not to the Country, it's to the Constitution:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Art. II Sec 2
However the Constitution also requires that:
"he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,"
Art. II sec 3.
