FBI will not be able to go every where. Places like China, Russia, etc... will not allow it. So I really don’t think it’s going to do much. Plus there are too many people and the FBI does not even have the resources to do that.

What would the FBI say if you as an average American small business in Podunk Iowa had a theft of copyright issue and wanted the thief charged?
I’ll tell you what they would say, “go hire an attorney and sue in civil court, it’s not our problem”. But there is a double standard for the mega donors from Hollywood. For them the taxpayers are put on the hook to pay for the FBI to enforce their copyright claims on the other side of the world. They are special indeed.
