That's why The man created a "Foundation" for the express purpose of recruiting and grooming prepubescent boys who could then be loaned out to wealthy donors to eiither this "Foundation" or to PSU.

Did Paterno ever see a child in the Penn State locker room? I'm not even asking if he saw a child being sexually asaulted. I'm talking about just seeing a child there. Do you know?
