Right this minute, big minds are scheming how to begin construction on the approved pipeline. It is the cross border part, that the big O thinks he has wrenched to his desire.
Needless to say, the cross border part is a very small part of a very large pipeline that is basically pre-approved. One should get a look at the pipe storage lot in ND. It is huge.
