I’m pinging the WI list to this article because it illustrates the difference between how IL handled the economic crisis (raise taxes) and how Scott Walker handled the deficit left by Doyle (curtail spending, lower taxes, welcome business). Scott Walker turned Wisconsin’s deficit into a surplus. IL made their deficit larger.
