First Lady Michelle Obama is blowing the lid off her personal hush-hush White House mission to demystify the halls of power for young women.
Shielded from the public eye until now is a program she started to solicit the most brilliant female minds in the White House to mentor high school girls.
Its very personal, Obama says in a cover story in the February issue of More magazine.
I mean, growing up the way that I did kid from the South Side (of Chicago), going to public schools the more my career developed, I realized how much I didnt see, how little exposure I had to opportunities.

Her program pairs high school sophomore and junior girls with White House female power brokers like Labor Secretary Hilda Solis and her husbands senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.

I know this should be posted with a barf alert, but I just couldn't do it. I do wonder, however, what kind of trapeze the photographer had to dangle from in order to get this picture?
And, as the product of public schools, I do resent the implication that you can't get anywhere unless you go private...Don't you find her comment insulting?

My money says these mentors are homosexual women and they are being provided with young girls for all the wrong reasons.
Not exactly equal opportunity. Wonder how many white folks are in this program.
The sad part is that these young women are being indoctrinated by this Free-America-hating grifter. Isn’t this some sort of child abuse? Shouldn’t someone report her? What about the young guys? Isn’t this sexist discrimination? (As to the picture...surely some sort of distorting lens minimized her enormous tokus)
That picture...By golly...she's turning white!!!
That’s gonna look about as good on a resume’ as would mentoring with the Kardashians. Sad but true.
That picture is so heavily Photoshopped that I want to vomit.
Back in 1960, as a high school senior, my wife was chosen to attend a White House Conference on Health Care. It was an opportunity of tremendous importance.
She was invited in to view and participate in a different world. As a participant it prepared her for a life of dealing with her job and people on a plane above and beyond her peers. She is now retired but is still called to work on tasks as a volunteer and to consult on specific tasks largely because of the skills obtained from participating in the White House conference.
She was and remains a good conservtive
Gee. I wonder what color these females are?
....and other assorted transvestites, lesbians and the garbage the Obozo's have surrounded themselves with among the 850 White Hut staffers.
Yeah well...It’s not 1960 and that’s not Mamie Eisenhower.
Solicit the most brilliant female minds in the White House ... use her position to open doors she never even knew existed ... pair girls with White House power brokers ... blowing the lid off her personal hush-hush
Didn't somebody else we know get in trouble for doing the exact same thing?
Perfect...Kudos!!
WTF???She went to Princeton and Harvard Law. I daresay she was exposed to every opportunity in the world!
the more my career developed
Affirmative action, nuff sed!
Y’all girls just need to remember one thing. If the glove don’t fit, you have to acquit.
Pairing these impressionable girls with America-hating women in positions of power is an effective way to produce more America-hating women.
“Pairing these impressionable girls with America-hating women in positions of power is an effective way to produce more America-hating women.”
If they’re gonna be America-hating women then they’ll be men-hating as well.
