Honestly, I heard from a very well connected source, several weeks ago, that Hillary will be obamas running mate and will be announced soon. Can’t imagine this source doesn’t know what he is talking about.
If he does dump Biden, he will appear weak..

Maybe (to lend credence to your theory) they drugged Biden and propped him up to appear in prime time at the SOTU to let the American public know he had to step down for health reasons, then there would be a reason to usher in Hillary.
