I'm not certain this is the same guy, he's changed his Facebook photo though there really isn't a lot there. And as I noted on the other thread, it's irrelevant whether it's him or not.
Yes, I'm aware of speculation that he's an of a certain Republican Presidential candidate, which is irrelevant. He's clearly a neo-Nazi, any candidate should not only condemn his actions, but reject his support. We know one who refuses to do the latter.
