Who needs a budget when your a drunken President and make new rules as you choose.

He said the seas would open and we will sell US UNION MADE CARS IN Korea, China and Japan. If you beleive that I have a bridge to sell you in NY

As a former Senator, and Presidential candidate, Rick Santorum could have scored big points in the debates on this topic.

Gingrich most certainly will, but is waiting until he goes head to head with Obama.
