"Thats the great thing about Gingrich: He can make describing himself as the divine manifestation of the vox populi sound self-deprecating."
"Romney seems like a creature put on Earth to blend in with the humans and report back what he finds. He clearly likes earthlings, and they in turn find him pleasant enough, and surprisingly lifelike." "This dearth of convincing passion in the front-runner makes the passionate base of the party want to look elsewhere"
Good.
If Gingrich can do that, he might be able to explain the truth to the Americans who so far haven't been able to grasp it. Jonah Goldberg's brilliant clarity is far beyond their grasp, but Gingrich's gift for passionate clarity might penetrate even the thick skulls and self-imposed blindness of that crowd.
That’s a great description of the impression Romney gives.
He’s a well trained alien, but something just feels weird.
0bama, though, can’t help but slip out with his “lizard” self, displaying his “other than american” true self quite often.
