Yesterday, we told you a storm was coming to Georgia regarding Obamas eligibility and the questions surrounding whether or not his name will appear on that states 2012 ballot.
There was no calm before the storm.
We expected activity leading up to this mornings proceedings but the flurry and scope of that activity was indeed heated.
Obamas attorney, Michael Jablonski, who has tried everything he could think of in the last couple of weeks to get his client out of this, got desperate yesterday. Jablonski fired off a letter to Georgias Secretary of State making it clear that as far as HE was concerned, there was nothing to the case and neither he nor his client, Obama would participate.
Here is the final paragraph from that letter.
We await your taking the requested action, and as we do so, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26.
In essence, Jablonski was ordering the Sec. of State in Georgia to call it off and as you can well imagine, that didnt sit well with Secretary of State Kemp.
Kemp, just a few hours later, fired off a response, the final paragraph of which is offered below.
Links to our articles containing both letters in full will be provided at the end of this article.
The National Patriot commends Sec. Kemp for his quick and decisive action and clear call for these proceeding to occur as scheduled.
That is the correct and proper way to put it.
Kemp told Jablonski to stick it where the sun dont shine and if he wants to cry hell GIVE him something to cry about.
Thats the unfiltered version.
This morning, at 9am EST, in a courtroom in Georgia, the case regarding Obamas eligibility to be on the Georgia ballot will proceed.
For those who would like to do a little light reading, a link to the brief filed by the plaintiffs will also be provided at the end of this article.
Obama? No HE wont be in Georgia this morning. Obama is too busy, according to his attorney, performing the duties of his office to attend. That of course leads us to believe it is the duty of his office to be in Nevada and Colorado campaigning for a 2nd term.
Depending on the outcome of this case, Obamas name might not appear on the Georgia ballot, and perhaps not on other states ballots either making one of the duties of his office wasting time campaigning for nothing.
We can hope cant we?
With all the histrionics of Jablonski over the last few weeks, trying everything he could think of to get Obama out of this, its nice to know, one way or the other, action is being taken. Either way the decision goes, expect a quick appeal to be filed.
Todays proceeding will not be the end of this but the beginning in a legal sense.
Our collective hats are off to Dr. Orly Taitz, The Liberty Legal Foundation and John Dummett Jr. for their dogged pursuit of justice in this matter. Its been a long and rough road but their determination is the stuff of true Patriots.

Looks like the real thing.
Summary judgement in favor of the plaintiff.
Obama is not on the primary ballot.
The media ignores it. Obama is the ‘rat nominee anyway, by default.
General comes around, Taitz tries to keep him off the ballot, media ignores the previous ruling, probably ignores the next ruling keeping him off the ballot in Ga, everyone else goes about the election as if nothing is amiss.
The Obamas and any other politician “of color” is ENTITLED to live a royal lifestyle at public expense because of the legacy of slavery, and if you complain about it, you’re a racist.
Maybe Georgia will be the first domino? I hope so.
Online and watching.
I’m glad my sewing machine is right by my desk; I can sew Valentine’s gifts while listening. =)
At 8:59am the feed died.
When the attorneys got up to go see the judge, were they all plaintiff attorneys? Or was there anyone for the defense?
Same thing happened to me, but it’s working on one of the alternate sites now.
The clerk just told the plaintiff’s and defendant’s attorneys that he would like to have a conversation with them in his chamber for a few minutes. They’ve left the courtroom and entered his chambers. Nothing more yet.
I reloaded the page (took quite a while) and the feed came back. A woman came out at about 9:02 and said the Judge wanted to speak to all of the Plaintiff (and Defendant) attorneys, they followed her out.
All I can hear is coughing, and my page won’t scroll down so I can see any people.
I don’t see any black people there. Nothing intended, just pointing this out.
The lawyers from both sides are still in the judge’s chambers.
Ok, I saw a black person, just to the lower left.
I saw two, both appeared to be court employees.
What the hell does that have to do with anything?
Yeah me too, I noticed a lot of white hair, maybe more seniors are available to attend (not at work).
Not sure what your point would be. You have the gift of prophecy? Your post reads like someone looking forward to grim satisfaction, rather than success, as a life goal. (I hope I'm wrong there.)
Conservatives need to stop going on with normal life as if nothing were at stake. Everything is at stake. At this moment, we should learn from the Left, who fight every little battle and raise every little objection, no matter how quixotic, no matter how stupid. It wears the enemy down, distracting him from time he should be spending on broader strategy, and knocking little splinters off his coalition.
When you add up all these annoyances, you raise a low din of negativity around the target. This starts to plant ideas in the heads of the target's allies and rivals of how it might be their turn in the spotlight, and the target might need to cede some power or step aside for the good of the Party. With erosion of the base taking place from within, one of the many little annoyancesthere's no telling which one will do itcan start a crack that grows.
Since it's true that the guy is ineligible to be President, not to mention a traitor, we should cheer on every Quixote who makes a good point. They all help, and one might turn out to have a nuclear-tipped lance.
I guess you weren’t around in 2008 when Obama got elected.
Before TV, court watching was an important source of entertainment for seniors...:-)
Actually, I don’t think anyone from the defendant’s side is in chambers. The defendant table has been empty since 8:30 this morning.
I believe Obama & Co. stayed home.
Is Jablonski there?
I am interested in what Obama is actually doing in Vegas, he already met Brewer, his mood is obviously very touchy right now.
And somewhat predictable, And where is his buddy Harry Reid?
I think they must be coming up with something to grab headlines.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Georgia, this hearing is still considered to be on time.
We are in what is known as the "fixin' to get started" stage.
This phase can last indefinitely.
The audio feed sucks! It sounds like the inside of an alien spaceship...
Considering the immediate neighborhood that's a fair observation.
I say fixin all the time...FL time.
I’ve been praying for a good outcome! We need the truth to be known and seen. No defense showing up means....what?
I wonder if it was hard to get in for the hearing, doesn’t look like the seats are packed. Also wondering what is going on in the Judge’s chamber, seems like they are in there for quite some time.
I would bet the farm that this hearing is going nowhwere. I’m sure that one of “the boys” had a talk with the judge last night and “splained” it to him...red
It's just background voices. Compression of the audio stream makes it sound like that.
When the court clerk (?) came out to request the attorneys to meet the judge in his chambers, she was clearly understandable.
What usually happens behind closed doors? They decide how to cut a deal.
I couldn’t read what that young man wrote when the older man to his left held it up to the camera. Anybody see it?
I hear what sounds like space aliens communicating. Have we made contact.
will check out another connection...third times a charm,
Bookmark for later.
Wow, this is really happening!
I’ll have to check the news stations sometime today and see if it’s mentioned yet.
Send in your support to this brave judge:

I was hoping (still am!) that won’t happen there today. It does seem odd that the (Plaintiff) Attorneys from all 3 cases are in there at the same time. Just lost the stream now...
The stream just cut out.....
The stream cut out for the second time. It is now back up. They’re still in the judge’s chambers.
It's feeding time for the hamster whose wheel propels the generator for the camera.
Can’t get into site, too busy.
Judge is probably trying to convince plaintiffs to give ZERO another chance of appearing.
The stream just cut out.....
I have an excellent streaml..its the audio that is weird.
The lawyers have come back into the courtroom. No judge yet.
Out of chambers?
