I do believe the first two plaintiffs submitted evidence that Obama Sr. was never a US Citizen.
Whoa! Wait a minute! That was one of the parts I missed. What was said about the supposed BC copies from off the web? Were those accepted as if they were authenticated and certified?
Because if they were, then this changes my schedule for the immediate future.
I can prove that the document that Savannah Guthrie claimed was the actual BC that the HDOH sent Obama was in fact not legally certified. Since they claimed to have scanned what the HDOH sent them, what they scanned into a PDF could NOT be legally certified.
I can also show - as I did in my blog - that the seal on the COLB can not be real.
Is there a transcript of how that all happened, with the copies from the web being submitted as evidence? I need to know whether that was accepted as if it was in any way legally probative.

Sadly Sven is correct. The court can only rule on the evidence presented . The lawyers did not present any evidence that BO father did not become a citizen etc. SAD. They had their chance and may have blown it. The didn’t even try to prove the citizenship of his father.
When evidence is entered into Court without objection it is considered undisputed fact.
Plaintiffs stipulated Obama was born in Hawai’i on Aug 4, 1961. Orly tried to make a case the documents were fraudulent and was cut off by the Judge because the documents had been entered as into the record as undisputed fact.
I’m not following. The judge has no reason to assume Obama’s papa was anything other than Kenyan. And what you’re saying requires proving a negative.
How do you call a document a fake if you don’t submit it into evidence first? The experts testified the document was a fraud, that is part of the current evidence in front of the judge, is it not? The nice thing about your opinion is it is just an opinion, having no bearing on the case what so ever. For the sake of the country I hope the judge knows the law way better than you do.

Now, Obama won’t have to show up at any trials or hearings. He ask the Court to take Judicial Notice a Judge in Georgia has ruled his birth documents posted on the web are undisputed facts.
If Plaintiffs would have stated we don’t know where Obama was born and he’s not here for us to ask him, they would have made their case.

He can’t take evidence that was accepted by the attorneys in one of the cases and say it has to be included as evidence in the case by Orly, can he? Orly wasn’t a party or counsel for any party in the first 2 challenges so it was not her place to contest the evidence there. But if somebody had tried to submit those things as if they were genuine in HER case she could have objected. In Orly’s case nothing was submitted for Obama, right?
