I saw two, both appeared to be court employees.

Yeah me too, I noticed a lot of white hair, maybe more seniors are available to attend (not at work).
If you do not see any black people in the courtroom, wait until you see the courthouse steps after the hearing. You will see NO media (other than perhaps a local news channel or two). No cameras, microphones stuck in peoples faces, news trucks, etc. Imagine if this were a hearing of this type for Newt, Romney, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum, etc. The people would not be able to walk out the front steps of the courthouse for the news media.
