Thanks, but sadly. It is with sadness I wonder if there is room in this GOP to elect a good conservative President anymore. Conservatives are supposed to shut up and vote for the next chosen one.

I used to snicker a bit when I saw posts made by some freepers talking about a third party. However, after this past week, and the coordinated shenanigans pulled from multiple directions, I don't think I can snicker anymore. If your own party establishment teams up with the opposition and pulls the rug from under your feet, what can a candidate do?

Good, talented, conservative leaders with nice families would not want their families dragged through the mud to the point of almost destroying those families.
