God forbid anyone should threaten the monopoly of the teacher’s unions.
While he wouldn't mind doing that, I think his main focus is on more jobs for the unionized teachers. Keeping the dropouts in school means hiring more NEA jailers.
Cyber schooling is a threat to Michigan public schools. We have a statewide 2000 student cap on the number that can be enrolled.
