Actually, I think it was just a cup’s worth of water. She suffocated in an air pocket, waiting for Uncle Teddy to bring help. Uncle Teddy had a lobotomized sister because her father didn’t want her to get loose during the night (apparently she would do that from time to time) and get pregnant — it would make the family look bad, LOL. I believe Rose Kennedy had no say in the matter, and yes, he probably had a liver the size of a throw pillow.
