Police were in the process of arresting about 100 Occupy protesters for failing to disperse Saturday night, hours after officers used tear gas on a rowdy group of demonstrators who threw rocks and flares at them and tore down fences.
Police Sgt. Christopher Bolton said the arrests came after protesters marched through downtown Oakland a little before 8 p.m. Saturday, with some of them entering a YMCA building.
Meanwhile, about 100 police officers surrounded City Hall while others were swept the inside of the building to see if any protesters broke in.

Whether Obama wins or loses I expect riots.
I expect riots before the election, just to make the point that you whiteys better not vote against Obama.

It’s a concern - but I don’t think so. If this goes on, even people in urban “blue” areas are going to get real sick and tired of it. “Occupy This” won’t be so “bold” when the “this” happens to be YOUR neighborhood, business, or community. There’s more of “us” than of “them”, and the ratio is increasing.
It is the standard Alinsky-Leninist method, and part of it is class based civil violence.

I watched it. Good grief. I don’t think I’ve ever heard the word, “sh_t”, used so many times in such a short period. The camera man definitely needs to expand his vocabulary.

True, but if the general population would be taught and learn the historical track record of socialism, these "occupy" useful idiots would all be workin' at their jobs, or training for them.
Yeah, I know, the government schools and the MSM will never teach the historical continual failure of socialism.
In the good old days in Cambodia, Jan. 1970, an acquaintance of mine (Gen./Gov. In Tam) was in charge of Taing Kauk or Kompong Cham in central Cambodia. A mob of pro-Sihanouk supporters killed two members of the national Assembly who came out there to explain about the legislative ousting of Sihanouk on various charges.
I asked In Tam what he did about this violence and he said that he had his troops shoot into the mob, killing a bunch of them, and ever since that day, he hadn’t had any problems.
One can dream, can’t one. The image of anarchist and communist scum lying “deceased” on the streets of Oakland brings to mind one word, re Vietnam, “PAYBACK”.
