Last week, I noted that Obama turned his back not just on Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer, but also on the laws of the State of Georgia. I closed my column, "Georgia Ballot Challenge: Obama Walks on By," with the observation: "And most of the media has followed along right behind him."
At the time, I had just witnessed an historic hearing that actually discussed the eligibility of the sitting president of the United States to run for a second term. The president had been subpoenaed to appear, and instead of his attorney respectfully following protocol to have that subpoena recalled, both Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, simply failed to show up at all or offer any defense whatsoever.
Isn't there a headline in there somewhere?

Post 32... lol. Well after the SECOND plane crash into the tower and the collapse of the first building. Like I said, NOBODY could have tied 9/11 to Bin Laden IMMEDIATELY after hearing that a plane crashed into a building in New York. It lacks credence.
At 6:15 a.m. on the second thread I posted Osama Bin Laden is first mentioned. No buildings had fallen and at that time no one knew what had really happened.
Also, interesting (I know, I’m getting off the subject), on one of the 9/11 threads there’s a link to a post made by a Freeper of a week before 9/11 who mentioned a dream he had of planes flying into buildings, it was truly eerie. I think it was a Freeper with a name something like JohnAdams.

That was unnecessary, and anyway, I don't think you have any right to pronounce what any one individual thinks about 9/11 in real time, including an opinion that OBL was behind it. I remember EXACTLY where I was and doing and how, to me the entire event was simply unbelievable.

You couldn't possibly. You're lying. You didn't even get the first bombing right. You didn't know the weather conditions in New York, the type of aircraft or which building. But it just "had" to be Bin Laden....lol

It was Bill Clinton’s first reaction...he said he knew it was Bin Laden the minute he heard the news.

Yes, it does have to do, indirectly, with race. If this were a white RAT instead of a black one, the issue would be front burner in the U.S. House, Senate and the courts and media as well. It is only because of the fear of being called a racist that the R’s and courts will not touch the issue.

Look at it from my point of view (that of a reasonable person). The last time Bin Laden killed was August, 1998. I too, saw the burning tower before the second plane hit. For me, or anyone, to immediately link it to Bin Laden would have been an incredible stretch of the imagination. He had been out of the news for three years. And not since WWII had anybody ever used a plane as a suicide weapon.
Now, after the second plane hit, you could not deny that the first plane was an accident. And speculation could start. But to say so before the second plane....no.

Sorry if you aren’t that old! My wife was on the committee to elect a senior pastor with much prayer, etc. They had it down to three guys, and she kept asking/praying which one should it be.
One morning she actually heard that “still small voice” in answer: “You’ll know.”
Not exactly the answer she was looking for! But, it did give her assurance and peace of mind. Pay heed to yours.
One final thing. If you really believe that you’re right and I’m wrong, just take satisfaction in that. You can’t make me change my mind anymore than I can make an Obama sycophant change his.
