Thanks ..... I watched the hearing online ... very interesting. Actually, while Taitz was there & got to present evidence (INS investigator witness was VERY good), two other lawyers presented their cases that O is not eligible because both parents have to be US citizens to satisfy the ‘natural born’ requirement in the constitution (regardless of where O was born). O’s father was NEVER a US citizen .... sort of a different route to take than the one questioning his birth certificate. The judge wanted to issue a default judgement when O & even his lawyer were ‘no shows’, but the plaintiff’s attorneys asked if they could put on their cases anyway & get their evidence into the court record - judge agreed. It all comes down to Kemp ...even if the judge rules against O, Kemp can ignore it. He is going to be under intense pressure & if he has the guts to keep O off the ballot, it will unleash an F5 tornado of ‘racism’ calls and gosh knows what else from O & his thugs.
