Ah, the brother of the successful Limbaugh opines.

Sturdy coattails to ride, to be sure.

That’s fine David.

But, Rick ain’t taking.

He has no real record of accomplishments that distinguish him above Newt.

Great guy. I support him staying in longer but at some point he needs to recognize that America needs his support and he drop in behind Newt.

And he is smart enough to know at this crucial juncture, that would only separate the *Conservative* vote. What is with these people as his brother says. Sure, Santoruim has some strengths and negatives as well. We need to join forces here in Florida. Why can’t we advance conservatism at every turn against these radicals.

Gallup poll shows Santorum would do much better than Gingrich in swing states:

http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/story/2012-01-27/swing-states-poll/52871890/1

Voters do not vote for “unlikable” candidates. If Newt and Callista are anything, they are “unlikable.”

He is at 13%.

Not enough strength.

Sorry, reality.

You guys are just blind. Newt has 60% unfavorables and he is very well known. People already know that they don’t like him...the more they see of him the more likely they are to remember just how much they dislike him. Newt is simply unelectable.

Many women will never vote for a guy who left wife #1 for wife #2 and wife #2 for wife #3 (Callista). It affects a thing called trust. Newt’s negatives are simply way too high for him to ever win in the general election. It’s time for people to recognize this fact and get behind Rick Santorum. He is not perfect but he is head and shoulders better than the other remaining candidates on most of the issues conservatives hold dear.

There is a difference here to note:

David Limbaugh, and pretty much all Santorum supporters, have made it known that the reason they don't care if they split the Conservative vote is because in the General, they are going to vote for anyone with an “R-” in front of their name, no matter how Liberal.

For a lot of us, there is no “we” anymore if Mitt Romney is the nominee; and we are no less interested in seeing Romney lose than we are in seeing Obama lose - even in the General.

As Jim Rob says, No way! You can't treat us like an enemy who needs to be destroyed, and then start throwing the word “we” around, demanding that everyone back Jack the Ripper because he's the Republican on the ballot.

Mitt Romney means I don't vote Republican in 2012.

With all due respect....

Santorum is toast.

So your choice is between Mitt and Newt.

Now what ya gonna do?

Well as you say, could it be time for those very people to forgive and show their faith to be genuine. It is time to mature and put the country in better hands (with Newt, not another pro abortion/flip flopper, I will do anything or say anything to get a vote & who lies-my faith tells me all I need to know)

If Newt and Callista are anything, they are “unlikable.”

As for me and my circle of friends and colleagues, the likability of the Commander in Chief is a zero factor in the total equation. I'm a non-drinker but, even so, the "guy you can sit down and drink a beer with" is far too overrated as a metric.

The Office of the President isn't to for the winner of the Mr. Congeniality Award. A get-tough, no-nonsense, take-no-prisoners, look-you-in-the-eye man like Newt Gingrich is exactly what our country needs to restore American Exceptionalism. Moreover, the other nations of the world need not like us. Our allies must respect us and our enemies must fear us.

Women voters in SC favored Gingrich over Romney by around 10%. Santorum got only half as many female votes as Mitt.

It may be time to unfollow brother Limbaugh.

BECAUSE Santorum MUST get out of Newt’s way NOW!!!

So, as far as you’re concerned it’s Newt or Obama?

Newt is able to articulate the Conservative vision, people will like him for that, not his personal life.

Santorum voters will stay in denial until Romney is nominated.

Is this the same “likable” Rick Santorum who lost his Senate seat in the swing state of Pennsylvania?
