Beats me. I certainly hope not. It also depends on what one calls a “supporter.”

If someone says “I’d vote for him over Obama” some might not call that a supporter. I do.

If any Romney supporter (in the primaries) has the guts to try to explain how that Massachusetts sack of cap is a conservative, I would be willing to listen.

Romney became more conservative as he got older. He had the typical coming-of-age period between ages 55 and 60. Now, he’s never actually done anything conservative yet, just a lot of liberal stuff. But if Hilary Clinton came out to the Republican primary and said she’s changed her mind on everything and is now a true conservative, I’m sure we’d all believe her, so why shouldn’t we give Mittney the same consideration?
