I see these inner city mothers every day. I see them trying to excuse their sons’ (and, believe or not, daughters’) behavior on everything, or anybody except where the blame really belongs...the U. S. Government.
Fatherhood is a long-gone relic of the past in this neck of the woods, Shreveport, LA to be specific. Government is now pappa. I guarantee this woman lives on Pappas Plantation.

Once again, the mother, nor the sister make excuses for the kid’s behavior. They condemned them. I’ve heard alot who play the victim card, but these folks aren’t.
You are assuming they are “on the plantation”. The first three letters of “assuming” are... which you are far from.
