According to this article, over 73% of black children are out of wedlock, so Yes it may be a guess that this woman never married and her children are out of wedlock, but it is a educated guess.

Too bad you don’t understand why I asked in the way I did. Thanks for the info, but it still doesn’t mean that it applies to this family. It is not educated to guess that because there are a disproportionate number of Blacks that never marry the sperm donor that this would be the case here.
