White Twp hadn’t been out our way either yesterday. We took our time getting to work. I was a few minutes late.
I’ve lost approx 20 lbs on Weight Watchers, so far. I have a loooooooong way to go, but feeling better already. They emphasize drinking lots of water. Blech! I’m not a water drinker unless I’m really thirsty. Also, I haven’t done any exercise yet. I’d probably lose more, faster if I did. I am averaging a pound a week. No matter what weight-loss plan we use, what matters is that we stick to it. Good job on the 30 lbs! I hope to lose another 20 by the end of May.
