Notice how they don’t pay attention? Bashing is more fun.

Martha McCollum was just trying to get Michelle's endorsement for Mitt...on FOX News.

She better not. She’s my Rep. If she plans on running for office again, and endorses Willard, I will do everything in my power to see she loses to a real conservative.
Only through duplicity could someone so pro-life endorse someone who is openly pro-choice.

Well, she wasn’t wildly popular to begin with, so I’m not sure this is going to help him much. I hope he doesn’t overpay for her endorsement.

Forget the parsing words about an endorsement. She should say Romney’s schorched earth style of campainging is harmful to the overall process.
At least, she is saying they need focus on Obama. Which is good to say but they wont.
Not entirely sure they should focus on Obama as much as solution to fixing the economy and creating the conditions that create jobs.
We know who is screwing things up. What we need to know is how they will fix it.
Plenty of time to beat Obama up.

Bachmann has nothing to gain. If she takes cash in exchange for her credibility, that will be a poor trade. I was a Bachmann donor, and I suspect a bunch of us will be watching. This campaign is revealing who will stand on principle. Pawlenty failed the test.

Bachmann is a poor man version of Palin. What stature she had, she lost running for President, she harmed herself more by actually running for President than not by her obsessive repeating the same lines over and over again (23 foster kids, I’m a tax lawyer), her Gardisol flap and not really going after Romney—something Palin wouldn’t have done. Even today if Palin is on a show, the ratings go up a bit, I doubt many people across the nation are waiting to hear what Bachmann has to say much.
To: bbernard
Isn’t this kind of thing part of the Romney playbook? Didn’t he say Thompson was going to drop out and endorse McCain in 2008?
To: bbernard
Romney can channel Reagan and get his endorsement and I wouldn’t vote for him.

She antagonized Governor Perry for Romney. So did Citizen Cain. I don’t trust his endorsement of Gingrich. Hen house.

Different people doing things differently. That is not a bad thing.
That, and either Palin or Bachmann are far more conservative IN PRACTICE than either Willard or Newt.
Consider that carefully.

My point is, Bachmann probably realizes it too. Human nature is what it is, and she may looking to give herself a boost at the expense of Palin who she may now view as more of a rival than anything.

IF Bachmann endorses Romney, she's through.
That would be just ONE MORE supposed "Conservative" that has sold out to the Republican Establishment Elite.

You see, even when Bachmann does the right thing she gets bashed instead of being appreciated. She was pretty clear and concise that she wasn’t going to get pushed.
I think she is the second GOP lady to not endorse anyone.
