I won’t say he’s not going to use part of the land for agricultural purposes, but he’s likely doing a Peter Jackson or George Lucas, and developing the land for his movies and special effects.
That’s how you make more money. Remove the middle man as much as possible.
I think he has survival in mind.
Life is just better when you live in an isolated area. We live in a small community of 100 Whites, 30 Indians along the Yukon; 200 miles on a washed out dirt road to nx nearest place. It’s like going back to the 1940’s, no crime, taxes, cell phones, law enforcement, organized local govt, or problems. I don’t blame anybody for seeking a better place to live.
