Well, I think that it is unbecoming of a Supreme Court Justice, retired or not (and remember that O’Connor still sits as a judge in circuit cases from time to time), to make jokes about presidential candidates, much less ones about their marital history or invoking religious steterotypes. But, that being said, I think that was pretty funny.

Adultery isn't polygamy.

If one gets the facts wrong, that just makes one stupid.

Stupidity can be funny, though.

I agree. It was pretty funny. I see nothing wrong with her doing that joke.

On the other hand, her record on the Supreme Court was a real joke. She was a mediocre, affirmative-action indecisive mealy-mouthed DISGRACE. I’ll try to think of some other things.
