Here in MA they use them at the liquor stores, they’re not supposed to but there’s no one going to stop them, the legislature here in MA are majority dems so anything goes. The gov is in the tank for illegals and criminals.
Any rational person would assume that when things like welfare and food stamps (EBT cards now) were still on the drawing board, they would have put explicit restrictions on where and how the funds could be spent. The only conclusion one can draw is that these programs were designed at the get-go to be easily defrauded.
EBT card holder buys your groceries along with their stuff and you pay them cash (at adiscount) for your groceries. EBT holder buys beer and ciggies or drugs. Everybody happy!
