Obama Outlines New Housing Refinance Plan

While the proposal faces an uphill battle in Congress, Obama said he is not waiting to take action. Announcing a new homeowners’ Bill of Rights and streamlined mortgage form, the president explained that he understands what it’s like to be stumped by all the paperwork.
“I remember when Michelle and I bought our first condo, and we were both lawyers. And we’re looking through the forms, and we’re kind of holding it out reading it again: What does this phrase mean? And that’s, you know, for two trained lawyers,” he said.
“The forms, the confusion, the potential for abuse is too great, just because the forms were too complicated. So this is what a mortgage form should look like,” he said brandishing the new one.
Calling the housing challenge “massive in size and in scope,” the president admitted his previous efforts to boost the housing market have not lived up to his expectations. “I’ll be honest. The programs that we put forward haven’t worked at the scale we hoped,” he said.

Just what we don’t need — MORE government interference in the mortgage market
So much for Harvard “education”. If he is too stupid to read legalese he should hire a Real Estate Attorney,when you buying half-a-mil property, I think a person can afford to spend $500 on a counselor to go over the form.
The problem is that those morans don’t understand that the property they are buying cost 500K,750K a mil,they don’t “feel” it because of the mortgage. Thus they don’t do research accordingly!
Point is that if the contract is too hard for you to read,and you too cheap or stupid to hire some pro to go over it the HOuse is not for you!
I’m not surprised Barry seems confused with a mortgage contract....hmmmmm.
This might explain why two people OTHER than Barry seem to own Barry’s house in Chicago...(according to this “skip-tracer” who ran across this info while trying to collect on loans), a Cook County circuit judge-who supported Barry, and Barry’s accountant),and the house has had 5-6 PIN numbers attached to the property when it should only have 1.

Why do you think noone has ever seen his transcripts?
So his solution is - giving us MORE of the forms - made too complicated by the government - that “haven’t worked at the scale we hoped.”
It hasn’t worked before, it’ not going to work this time.
Barry & Moochi, two affirmative action enrollees in big name schools who now can’t figure out their real estate forms. Maybe their places in school should have been given to two better qualified students and our country would be better off without them in the WH.
