While the odds are very small, BHO may withdraw from the POTUS race before the democrat convention, if he sees the polls run away from him and the economy not perking up enough. I think his fear of failure is stronger than his confidence that he will win.

The malignant narcissist cannot withdraw because he might lose, so he will need an excuse. Sarah Palin did not run for “family reasons”, so BHO may take that PR path.

Jesse Jackson may be in on creating the storyline for BHO to withdraw. If we see any other black leader follow JJ’s lead, then I think that will be excuse train. If Michelle starts talking about the safety of BHO and the family, then I would start betting on him not running.
