THREE JUVENILES accused of assaulting a cabdriver and his passenger in Center City Saturday night while shouting racial slurs will not be charged with a hate crime, the District Attorney's Office said yesterday. The teens, who are black, were not charged with hate crimes because there was no evidence that the assault had been motivated by the race of the victims, who are white, said Tasha Jamerson, D.A. spokeswoman. Just shouting racial epithets during the commission of a crime doesn't rise to the level of ethnic intimidation, she said.

Just do away with that stupid law already. Can anyone tell me if a person of “color” has EVER been charged with a hate crime committed against a white person? We didn’t need it law to prosecute those white boys that dragged James Byrd....the jury sent 2 of ‘em to death row and the other will be in prison for the rest of his life and we did it WITHOUT a dumb-ass, one-sided, racist law! Philadelphia needs to be under martial law, imho. And people wonder why the general population are getting concealed handgun permits. Just DAMN!

Interracial Crime
Of the nearly 770,000 violent interracial crimes committed every year involving blacks and whites, blacks commit 85 percent and whites commit 15 percent.

Blacks are 2.25 times more likely to commit officially-designated hate crimes against whites than vice versa.
Gangs
Only 10 percent of youth gang members are white.
Hispanics are 19 times more likely than whites to be members of youth gangs. Blacks are 15 times more likely, and Asians are nine times more likely.
Incarceration
Between 1980 and 2003 the US incarceration rate more than tripled, from 139 to 482 per 100,000, and the number of prisoners increased from 320,000 to 1.39 million.
Blacks are seven times more likely to be in prison than whites. Hispanics are three times more likely.

Seth Williams, the District Attorney’s Office, and the Philadelphia media are encouraging violent, racist attacks on white residents by black youth with their refusal to call these attacks “hate” crimes. They are obviously promoting a “separate but equal” standard for “hate” crime enforcement.

All they had to do was to show a video of the area where obama was a community agitator, sorry organizing, drive around and show the streets, boarded up stores and house, then end the AD with crime stats and then end the whole AD with the banner saying
“is this the change you want to see?”
Real videos or people and areas with a question at the end gets people thinking.

Hub and I were talking last night and it will be the dumb-assed Republicans that give BO a second term. I wondered if they got super majorites in the House and Senate, could we depend on them to do what needs to be done to start straightening this country out?? I had to say no.....no because there’s too many RINO’s in the joint and no because none of ‘em (except the women) HAVE B@!!s to stand up and do what the American people want. It’s all about THEM and their power! I’m fed up with all of them!!
I’ll be honest and don’;t want to piss any good conservatives off up there but having been up in the north east to live for a small time then it feels like a different country to the rest of America and certainly down here in the south.
If the establishment got out of the north east and DC then they would know this but they seem to think that their elitist circle is America and that we should accept how they live .
