THREE JUVENILES accused of assaulting a cabdriver and his passenger in Center City Saturday night while shouting racial slurs will not be charged with a hate crime, the District Attorney's Office said yesterday. The teens, who are black, were not charged with hate crimes because there was no evidence that the assault had been motivated by the race of the victims, who are white, said Tasha Jamerson, D.A. spokeswoman. Just shouting racial epithets during the commission of a crime doesn't rise to the level of ethnic intimidation, she said.

Par of the reason I am no longer a liberal is how my liberal friends reacted when I told them of being attacked (more than once) by gangs of “inner city youth.” They called me racist and said they thought I was a skinhead. Neither was remotely true, but they couldn’t handle my bland, objective recitation of facts.
lets get this important legal opinion in writing so the NEXT time some white boys say the "n" word, they won't get throw into the pokey...
and of course, we know that Oprey thinks there are too many blacks in jails...so the solution is to just not charge them....
I just think time will tell...eventually people will wake up and decide that their own personal safety is at risk due to the leftist/liberal/democrat policies...
and no white guy is going to be protected, not even if he's gay...
You nailed it. They live in their own little inside the beltway world and don’t see us peons out here who are suffering and being threatened everyday with the possible loss of medicare or Social Security and yes some of us have pensions that are being threatened. Hell’s Bell’s they’re not gonna do without their old-age safety nets and their big pensions. There are those up there like our Congressman as well as those like Ted Poe who really carry the non politically correct banner and are true Conservatives but they’re in such a small minority the bloviating noise from the rest of those worthless clods drown them out. God bless you raising 3 small children and I just hope a good amount of Americans will wake up to what we’re doing to THEIR futures........even our grandkids who except for 1 are teenagers. My heart hurts for them too. Hang in there my friend. Maybe God will hear our prayers after we once again acknowledge him in the public arena.....but that’s a whole other thread. :)
