THREE JUVENILES accused of assaulting a cabdriver and his passenger in Center City Saturday night while shouting racial slurs will not be charged with a hate crime, the District Attorney's Office said yesterday. The teens, who are black, were not charged with hate crimes because there was no evidence that the assault had been motivated by the race of the victims, who are white, said Tasha Jamerson, D.A. spokeswoman. Just shouting racial epithets during the commission of a crime doesn't rise to the level of ethnic intimidation, she said.

Simple test,
ask if the races were reversed, if it would be a “hate crime”.
You simply can’t tell me they wouldn’t be agitating for “hate crime” status if 3 white kids attacked a black couple while shouting the “n” word.
Yelling the “N” word would clearly make it a hate crime. Calling somebody a honky or a cracker or a white mother-blanker is the equivalent to New Black Panthers’ brandishing weapons in front of a polling place. Holder: “Compared to what’s been done to my people, this was nothing.”

Yelling such at a passing car was enough to bring a whole squad of the Durham PD out to 610 N Buchanan...

The Fort Hood murder, Col Hussan (yet to be charged with a crime) was yelling Alha Akbar (God is Great) during his murderous spree and that was deemed by the DOJ as no more than work place violence. We must be in the latter days where up is down, wrong is right, crime is good, good is bad ..........

Certainly not in the case of blacks under the dictates of Holder’s Dept. of Injustice, where he has put the word out that no minorities are to be prosecuted.

seems Philly has a big problem with racism in their black community, this is not the first time this crap has happened.
Of course the DOJ thinks his people have been treated worse so he overlooks it, he puts in all like minded folks in his DOJ and now Romney would be no better as he will not clear out the DOJ or do an investigation into Holder.

In Holder’s America the cabbie and his passenger ought to be grateful they weren’t charged for damaging the poor teenager’s fists with their faces.
Don’t expect any level of fairness, brains, rationality from these black Democrat occupiers. It’s all about revenge and reparations and not necessarily in that order.
