Right, I really love those 'conservatives' that think they are helping the situation by sucking at the teat of the taxpayer...pretty much the same logic that generation after generation of welfare parasites use to justify their own behavior...someone 'owes you'.

If someone was flying over your town, dropping $100 bills out of helicopter, would you go outside to pick some up? In essence, that's what I see our Gov't doing.

So I should get back to you when I ONLY paid that much? Trust me, if my tax bill had been only 50K some years, I would have been delighted.

BY your logic, if I think the fire department’s budget is too big, I should go burn down some houses to make a point...or because I think crime is getting out of control, I should go rob a bank....very warped logic indeed...

Encouraging more people to suck at the teat of the taxpayer is NOT a conservative principle, it is every bit a self-serving as the welfare mother living in subsidized housing pumping out more kids so she can get a bigger check.

Raise taxes to pay for benefits. Reduce benefits. Combo of the two. Those are the ONLY solutions that will solve the entitlement crisis. Whining about welfare payments or the State Dept budget ect ect are literally drops in the bucket and is avoiding the issue.
