Yes, colloidal silver is definitely available to the public. Don't confuse it with what they are using for cancer as described in the article. That is something else. Here is a good product for the money. If you compare it to other brands it may seem more expensive by volume but it has over twice as many ppm of silver.

That is my favorite brand. But I do make my own sometimes. I have been taking it for almost 10 yrs for my hep C & it surprises my doctors when I can get my viral load down using it.
