OK, but on the other side of the coin, I imagine because Democrats are more anti-religious, they would be more inclined to be skeptical of Mormons. I think it’s at least a common stereotype that Mormons are against drinking alcohol, so more liberals would be against them because they perceive them to be that uptight, religious type they generally dislike. More Republicans might accept them because they believe they have conservative political beliefs and that’s more important to them than their religion.
