You kind of lost me on this one. The Fallon Naval Station (NAS Fallon) is in Fallon Nv. Did I miss something?

Good evening, Mac...*HUGS*...hope the day saw you feeling better.
We are starting another heat wave, working up to 37 or so by Friday and freezing rain next week. *sigh* I hate this warm weather.

Though much is taken, much abides; and though We are not now that strength which in old days Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts, Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

LOL! Nope, you didn’t miss anything. We didn’t delete enough words from the title of tne new Road Trip. Sometimes it isn’t safe to overwrite an old title.
I will ping the Admin Mod and ask him to take Fallon out of the title.
Please, kind Sir/Madam, would you be so kind as to take “Fallon” out of the title. It is a remnant of a past thread. Thank you.

The morning was not good - woke up in crippling pain. Moderated through the day - I thought early on I would cancel PT, but I improved enough during the afternoon that I decided to go. Was barely able to complete the 10 minute bicycle ride at the beginning. Managed to complete most of the exercises. I'm glad I was able to, as fatigued as it left me. It would have been a mistake not to go. The same fun routine Wednesday night.
Sounds like you're in for hazardous conditions with above-freezing temps after all that snow. Be safe!

LOL! Not far from it!
Truthfully though, my tech is very gentle and does not hurt me. This is the third course of treatment I have been through with her and she can always work me to the point of fatigue without inflicting pain.
