Mitch Rosen. But check out Bob Mernickle's single action concealed carry design, offered by Dillon Reloading, meant for cowboy action shooters who want a rig for the sidewinder with which they're most practiced for daily carry.

You'll need one with an open bottom, of course. But I've seen 7.5" SAA Colts and 8.5" Smith .41 and .44 DA's so carried.
