When gay couples first sought the right to legally wed in California, they argued that they were entitled to all of the benefits of marital bliss.
It was only a matter of time before that benefit extended to the right to split up.
Even as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals found California's ban on gay marriage unconstitutional Tuesday, one of the state's first gay couples to tie the knot was calling it quits.
Robin Tyler filed for divorce from Diane Olson on Jan. 25. The pair were among 14 same-sex couples who originally challenged the ban in 2008.

What? During the heat of the propaganda battle, we were told that homosexuals mate for life and are the best “parents” you can find for kids!
And the Goodridge couple in the original homosexual marriage case in America, which led to Massachusetts homosexual marriage, has also divorced.
In Massachusetts, the “granddaddy” of all the homosexual marriage states, only about 20% of homosexuals in relationships are married.
Overall, in recent years, only about 4% of marriages in Massachusetts have been same-sex couples. Most of the same-sex couples have been woman/woman.
So, it seems that homosexuals are fighting hard for this constitutional “right” to get married to someone of the same sex, and then once they win this right, they choose not to exercise this right.
Lesbian “news” woman Rachel Maddow, who lives in both Massachusetts and New York, both states which allow same sex marriage, has not married her live-in woman partner. Marriage is not where she wants to be, or so she says. She’s a cheerleader for homosexual marriage on her show, yet, she doesn’t want to exercise this freedom to marry, her right to marry.
Will marriage fundamentally change if same sex couples just don’t want to get married once given the right to do so? It’s something to think about.

You hate to get personal, but, why is it that so many “lesbians” go out of their way to have a mannish appearance?
They want us to think that they are simply women who love another woman, rather than a man. They are supposedly proud to be women, yet they want to look like men.

Either that or spend eternity burning in hell along with those who support and defend any sort of gay unions, gay marriages, or gay rights. I pray for forgiveness of my sins as a heterosexual as well as those who sin as homosexuals.

I was at a bar last St. Patty's Day. The place got crashed by a group of 20-30 lesbians. For the most part, the only way I could tell they were women, was by their height. They were all around 5'2"-5'4".
Otherwise, I'd need to look hard, and I didn't really want to do that.
Together 18 years. Knew each other 40 years. Fought to marry for 7 years. Got their wish in 2008 and could not stay married for 3 years? The more things that change, the more they stay the same. This is revolting. We will see more of these type of divorces as time goes on. After awhile, gays will have the same divorce percentage as straights. It is bound to happen. These dregs just wanted attention and when they got it couldn’t handle it. Kinda like a child.
Perhaps it isn’t about same sex rights as is about the general destruction of traditional Judean-Christian values. To bring down a society, the values of society must be destroyed. The Soviet Union was brought down but Communism is stronger than ever and it is step by step bringing down every traditional institution in this nation. Christianity may be growing but the Christian traditions and organizations are being destroyed. May God shine his light upon this nation and save us from ourselves. Every FReeper should hit their knees immediately and pray for the soul of our Republic.

Hopefully the gays will wake up and start suing each other for 'common-law' marriage and 1/2 of all assets accumulated during the 'marriage'. Then they'll have all the same 'rights' as the breeders.
