That was a razor close election and without santorum's hard work spector would not have won, period!

That’s what Dems do.

Estrada would eventually have been the first Hispanic to be a SCOTUS justice, imo, if he were allowed an up or down vote (I think it was the D.C. court, and I believe next would have been a SCOTUS appointment).

Some people don’t know how important having a majority in the Senate is, because the majority party controls the Judiciary Committee, and having Constitutional judges, rather than activist judges is so HUGE. Dems have already stacked the country with too many activist judges.

It’s not important that you decide to back my current favorite. It is important that both you and I keep our heads clear and see all the candidates for who they are.

I have a pretty good idea what Santorum’s past has been like, and it’s certainly not as bad as some of the more well known guy’s past has been like.
