Having been a victim of the medical system for my lifetime, I feel qualified to practice.

The flu and cold, those viruses last no more than a week. Chances of you reinfecting four times consecutively is impossible because you're immune to the first one and subsequent evolutions of that virus wouldn't be strong enough.

You would be surprised how many infections you can get, viral, bacterial, fungal and so on and it's time you sought medical advice. You will at least get blood tests that will let you know where you and your organs stand in this ailment.

Look, I was born a long time ago with a rare disease and am susceptible to weird problems (almost like autoimmune) and I am constantly amazed at what can attack the body.

Thanks very much, sweet caring you. Aside from being married to a medical doctor, I've been to my primary doctor and had the full battery of blood tests. I'm in excellent health, even underwent the glucose tolerance test where I first caught the flu from one of the hacking, coughing patients sitting in that lab. Folks here carry colds for weeks at a time. I don't have bronchitis. That was ruled out. Two weeks ago I was given a regimen of Augumentin 850mg to kill any remaining bacteria and I got well.

This is a mild relapse, compared to the cold, flu and raging illness I previously endured. I know I am more weak and tired than anything else, because I lost about 12 pounds over the course of the past month.
