Good lord, this can’t be constitutional! 8th Amendment issue if nothing else. $1,000 fine for throwing a frisbee? Nobody is going to go to the beach anymore. They’d make a lot more money charging a small access fee.

Remember that “law is force” so I expect to see plenty of people getting shot, tazed, and beaten by the police plus seeing a lot of dogs getting shot for participating is such dastardly deeds!

They'd save more money closing the beaches altogether. This seems to be what they're aiming at.

Lest anyone think I'm joking, Governor Moonbeam's idea of fiscal restraint is closing down those things that taxpayers use and enjoy like libraries, parks, interstate rest areas, fire departments, etc while not touching entitlements for the mooching class. Wouldn't surprise me at all to start seeing beaches closed down as well.
