Some countries saying ‘stick your global warming where the sun don’t shine!’

Obama stuck between a rock and a hard-place with the who birth-control issue! Ha! (between the Catholic Church and feminists) LOL! Barky has painted himself into a corner!

I fired off an email to a friend yesterday. Quinn just pretty much validated it:

When reading others’ remarks about the new LA beach rule (can’t throw footballs around on the beach - if you do, you’ll get fined $1k), something just occurred to me...

We, on our side, will start arguing that the left wants to control every aspect of our lives. The left starts arguing that we do, using our “religion” to control them and restrict their freedoms with, as usual, mundane stuff like being able to smoke pot. Back and forth, back and forth. Then someone on the left throws the bomb, “You want to tell me what I can’t do with my womb, you have no right to complain about what you can’t do.”

The revelation: They don’t give a damn about being able to have abortions or not. What they really care about is having the one major argument to counter our claim that the left is taking away our Constitutional freedoms and controlling us from cradle to grave. What that argument is is beside the point. As long as it’s a huge controversy that pits one side against the other and makes anything we would argue against look petty in comparison, thereby shutting down the argument and, worse, continue to erode our rights without any hesitation.
