Judge John M. Cleland heard five separate motions this morning from Jerry Sanduskys defense team and the prosecution from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sanduskys attorneys asked that the Grand Jury testimony be released to them so they can plan their defense. Defense attorney Karl Rominger insisted that he would like the release of the testimony as soon as possible.
Joe Amendola, Sanduskys main attorney, also requested three modifications to Sanduskys bail conditions: the allowance of communication and visitation with his grandchildren, visitation rights for family friends (1-2 hours per week), and the ability for Sandusky to travel with his legal team in order to help build his defense. Sandusky is currently on house arrest, and no person outside of his immediate family is permitted to visit him in his home.
After a short discussion, Centre County Detective Anthony Sassano was called to the stand. He testified that one of Sanduskys neighbors has recorded 3-4 videos of him on his porch overlooking Lemont Elementary School, which will be submitted as evidence. Additionally, the detective testified that a school employee claims that Jerry Sandusky was seen out on his deck while many children were outside during recess. Parents have complained that Sandusky is seen by their children while they are in the classroom, which creates a disruptive scene, and many parents fear for their childs safety. Sassano noted that there is about 30 feet between Sanduskys deck and the Lemont Elementary School playground.

Sandusky showed signs [of] excessive nervous laughter at many of the Judges questions, which caused some criticism about his demeanor from those in attendance. Amendola would say after the proceedings, "Thats just Jerrys personality."
I followed the tweets during the hearing. The laughter by Jerry unnerved a lot of people who were tweeting. It sounds to me like he just thinks this is all just a ridiculous show. The judge even asked him if he was on any medication that might be affecting his judgment while testifying. He answered that he was on medication, but that it wasn't affecting him.
As a lawyer, it really surprises me that he sits on his porch ogling kids. Right now it’s imperative for him not to giveu evidence to the prosecution, but he can’t avoid doing it, even with the rest of his life at stake. Just imagine the prosecutor arguing, “the defendant is so unnaturally obsessed with children that he can’t avoid ogling them even when his whole life is at risk.” Devastating.
Jerry Sandusky is his own worst enemy when it comes to his defense. He continues to provide tons of ammunition for his prosecution. I’m fine with that though. I’m of the belief that he has already pleaded guilty to some of the charges by admitting that he showered in the nude with these boys and did hug them. To me that constitutes a sexual assault against these boys. He’s a grown man, and they were kids. I can’t think of one decent situation where a grown man would be showering with boys. So put him in prison for the crimes he has already admitted to.
After all of the fabricated mass ritualistic child sex cases of the 1980’ s, I’ve become inherently suspicious of all such cases. Thus far, Sandusky has done such a good job of pissing in his own soup that I think he’s guilty. If not, why, with so much at stake, including what happens to convicted child molesters in prison, would he be so out of his gourd crazy as to be cought ogling grade school kids?
Just wait a second. Does anyone here believe that we would get house arrest after the heinous nature of his crimes? Hell no, we’d be either in the hole or left in general population so other prisoners could inflict well deserved punishment.
How did he swing that? How does he even show his face? Talk about someone who should be ‘shunned’.
To top it off, he’s ogling kids on recess? I predict someone is going to take the law into their own hands. He’s probably safer in jail.
Yes, he innocent until found guilty but the police have a duty to keep this guy away from kids.

Some of the abuse was alleged to have occurred in secret tunnels beneath the school. Several investigations turned up evidence of old buildings on the site and other debris from before the school was built, but no evidence of any secret chambers was found.[4] There were claims of orgies at car washes and airports, and of children being flushed down toilets to secret rooms where they would be abused, then cleaned up and presented back to their unsuspecting parents. Some children said they were made to play a game called "Naked Movie Star" in which they were photographed nude.[4][1][21] During the trial, testimony from the children stated that the naked movie star game was actually a rhyming taunt used to tease other children"What you say is what you are, you're a naked movie star,"and had nothing to do with having naked pictures taken.[4]
Johnson, who made the initial allegations, made bizarre and impossible statements about Raymond Buckey, including that he could fly.[1] Though the prosecution asserted Johnson's mental illness was caused by the events of the trial, Johnson had admitted to them that she was mentally ill beforehand. Evidence of Johnson's mental illness was withheld from the defense for three years and, when provided, were in the form of sanitized reports that excluded Johnson's statements, at the order of the prosecution.[22] One of the original prosecutors, Glenn Stevens, left the case and stated that other prosecutors had withheld evidence from the defense, including the information that Johnson's son was unable to identify Ray Buckey in a series of photographs. Stevens also accused Robert Philibosian, the deputy district attorney on the case, of lying and withholding evidence from the court and defense lawyers in order to keep the Buckeys in jail and prevent access to exonerating evidence.[23]
I do believe Sandusky is a child perv who will hopefully gets the justice he deserves.
It’s really quite simple. The courts only recognize one color - Green.
