Mitt Romney received no votes.

That's the way it was supposed to go at CPAC, but somebody stacked the deck.

Nice I guess but straw polls really do not mean anything.

Headline is downright disingenuous; this is The MANASSAS Tea Party; not a Tea Party the represents all of VA.

One interesting aside; Bob Marshall won the VA Senate part of this poll w/67%; while George Allen finished a distant second w/23% ...and some dork(s) must’ve voted for DemonRat Tim “The Eyebrow” Kaine who got 5%.

I was expecting Newt would be the front runner, and supported him as the realistic figure to defeat Mitt, but as Santorum continues to win several states, I believe it is time to switch over, and unite our support for Santorum. Newt may still be selected as Vice President, and I support that too, since his experience in the congress for pulling strings is valuable.

Virginians supporters for Santorum and Gingrich (who aren’t on the ballot) should vote for Ron Paul in the primary, denying delegates to Romney.

” it did not stop Manassas Tea Party members from selecting Rick Santorum as the overwhelming winner in a straw poll “

I love it, and Rick Santorum received 67%. WOW! VA elites sure look silly.
