Yes - a false premise. And tossing the burden onto the insurance companies is a meaningless change. Any cost to the ins. co. will of course be passed on to the subscribers by means of premium increases. So the individual subscriber is forced to pay for birth control, abortifacients and abortions despite what his or her religious beliefs may be. Just another shell game from the flim-flam president.
