Sen. McConnell is no "leader".

Just another reason for me to hate republicans. We're fighting for the soul of our country - our future is at stake and for them its just business as usual - schmoozing with lobbyists, collecting campaign donations, and spending us into bankruptcy.

It is a conundrum for the Republicans. How does one work and play with barbarians?

I have completely lost faith in the Republican leadership. They don’t take the Democrats to task for failing to propose a budget, they give Holder a pass on Fast and Furious, they roll over for unconstitutional recess appointments. I’m disgusted with them.

I can’t see not voting against obumbler this go around but come one day after the election i think its time for a new party. I’d vote for a derelict against him this go around,he’s that much of a danger but after that no more giving in.

Whatever he thought would be politically expedient for himself. Even if it meant sharing a couch with Pelosi.

which they consider unconstitutional on technical grounds. First, voting "no" on the next nominee sounds like there behavior of a vindictive child, not a legislator. Second, is this REALLY their only legal recourse? Or, is this the only one that a mere handful of them have the courage to try?
Whatever it is, it's pathetic.

For this voter, this election and its aftermath will determine whether the Republican party remains a viable preference over a third party.
If we elect a Rino or re-elect Obama in November, I will no longer hold my nose and vote for the lesser-of-two-evils. I will vote my conscience, even if it involves writing in a candidate who’s not running. We have pretty much lost America. Obama’s 2nd term will finish it off.
The majority of Republicans currently serving in the House and Senate have no core values for which they’re willing to fight. They get their panties in a bunch, and then get ‘em shoved up their butts. And they seem to enjoy it, given the number of times this process is repeated.
This is your last chance, GOP. Man up. Better yet, borrow some balls from Sarah Palin...

The GOP needs to fear the Tea Party. If they don’t they aren’t our representatives and third party here we come.

I’ts instructive that Harry Reid can almost fully control the members of his party, while Republican Senate “leaders” such as Trent Lott, Frist and McConnell can’t seem to herd their cats to even make a filibuster statement that opposes Zero’s recent illegal appointments. Shameful!!
