I can't imagine what California will be like......I'm on the East Coast here. But with so many illegals etc. making up the population they'll like just move to Texas and Arizona etc.....many are already leaving before it hits.

I have friends with a business on the Calif. coast, they're looking at Colorado to re-locate the entire business there.
