Something.
I have been a little been busy so I have not responded to much of what anyone is saying at the moment, but I do not find fault in any of your posts. Please to not take offense.
The Hegellian/Delphi reference is one I used to hear a great deal during the Clinton years. Not much has changed, but Obama has worked it to an obscene sort of art form.
You aren’t wearing your tin foil hat too tight, but rather are suffering from the plight of the little boy declared that the emperor had no clothes. I know the feeling well.
The truth is, this is exactly what I would expect an orthodox Jew to say when he is put in the hot seat. He does what his boss tells him to do: Lie like a rug. Not the first time one of my brethren have acted like a shmuck and probably not the last. Sometimes when certain of my dear brothers make a few bucks and get put into a position of authority, they tend to look like what they have become. That is, too big for their britches.
God has a way of sorting it all out. I wish Mr. Lew would find a better way to offend Jew and Gentile alike other than covering the assets of the worst administration of my lifetime.
Your statements are right in line with my thoughts that I didn't write. He's doing nothing more than trying to keep his job. And yet he didn't have to say what he did in the manner he did. He could have easily stated what he desired with different words.
Perhaps his conscience told him to let others know what was going on and that very statement was his manner of easing his own guilt.
If he gets sacked or transferred it might be an indicator that he spoke out of turn and revealed too much.
I'm still chuckling.
