Yeah, but we already knew they were working on the complete fuel cycle. From that angle, it's a dud of an announcement.

On the other hand, having free reign to reprocess the rods into weapon's grade material has to be a serious issue for Israel. It should be for everyone, really, but they seem to be the only concerned parties....and for good reason.
